Terms of Use

Using Chacevia

Chacevia is a study tool for high school students. You must be 13 or older to create an account. Keep your login to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under it.

Premium

Chacevia Premium is a monthly subscription, charged to your Apple Account and renewing automatically until cancelled. Cancel any time in your Apple Account settings; cancelling stops the next charge and you keep Premium until the period you have already paid for ends. The 7-day free trial needs no payment method and ends on its own. Founding Member is a one-time purchase granting Premium for as long as the app exists, sold until 31 December 2026. Purchases are handled by Apple, so refunds are Apple’s to give and we cannot process them.

Rocco

Rocco is an AI, not a person, and he can be wrong. Check anything that matters. Rocco is not a counsellor or a crisis service. If you are in danger, call or text 988 in the US, or 911 for an emergency.

Your work

What you write stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it so the app can work.

Fair use

Do not abuse the service, resell it, or try to break it. We may suspend accounts that do.

Changes and ending

We may change these terms and will update the date above. You can delete your account at any time in the app, which deletes your data.
